Milkin Corporation was formed in 1989 under a Filipino-Italian venture as a manufacturer of "designer" ice cream or tailored ice cream products for top hotels, restaurants and food chains. Granted exclusive rights from Italy to exclusively manufacture, sell and distribute to the local market, Milkin gave birth to the brand FIORGELATO "The Pure Italian Ice Cream", made from 100% pure fresh milk, as well as other high quality ingredients imported from Italy. The brand introduces an array of authentic Italian flavors like Cappuccino, Straciatella, Menta and Cioccolato.
