good morning mam/sir

i would like to ask some question regarding your beautiful establishment, is it ok to have a reservation in renting a cd? and i have and i have a report, that one of your outlet her in mindanao in particular place in digos city, your personnel her ay napakatamad kapag mag inquire kami if may available ba na cd na bago, and then hendi na sila tumitingin pa sa computer o i check nila kung may bago ba o wala, diretso na nilang sasabehin na wala, at they are hiding the new cd,s in their drawer, and i think their manager have something to do with it but, walang ginagawa ang manager.

hope you will take action in our report
thanks. . . .

Hi! Thanks for your continuous patronage of video city and thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. As a rule is usually a first come first serve basis and customer preferences should be avoided. I will bring this matter to the owners video city and I hope they could stop this practice.

Thanks very much for visiting my blog and please come again :-)

Hi! I just have questions regarding your franchise offering. Where do we get our supplies of CD, VHS and DVDs? I am currently running a video rental here in abroad and I thought of putting up one in the Philippines through franchising. Can I use other suppliers for my store? I shop my DVDs from Amazon USA and they are Region 1 and ORIGINAL, can I still continue doing so while under your franchise?

Hello there. From what I have learned. Video city gets their VCD's and DVD's from local film and movie distributors like VIVA entertainment. And I don't think videos bought internationally like Amazon will be allowed during the course of the franchise.
