Franchisee should be motivated to succeed and be outgoing person with entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working, communicating and relating with employees and customers. It is important that Franchisee accepts the pros and cons of Franchising, those that desire total control are not suitable to be Franchisees.
(Q2) Do you require hands-on Management from the Franchisee?
(A2) Not required but preferred. Franchisee must hire professional Supervisor who will be trained by us.
(Q3) What are the advertisement fees?
(A3) 1% Gross Sales for Local Store Marketing to be spent by you to promote Neo Neo Grill House within your territory; Php 100,000.00 for the Opening of the outlet.
(Q4) Will Franchisor provide the site and construction of the building or outlet?
(A4) Each Franchisee is responsible for securing his own location. All potential sites must be submitted to Neo Neo Grill House for approval. Construction or renovation is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee.
(Q5) Is the Franchisee required to purchase all his equipment and supply needs from Franchisor?
(A5) As a Neo-Neo Grill House Franchisee, you are required to purchase from specific suppliers as stipulated in our Procurement Program.
(Q6) What pre-opening services do you offer?
(A6) Prior to and upon opening, Neo – Neo Grill House representatives will assist you in planning a proper advertising and promotion campaign that will ensure maximum exposure
to your target market with training of personnel, ordering equipment and inventory
and arranging the Store Opening.
(Q7) What training assistance and on-going support do you offer?
(A7) Neo Neo Grill House has spent a great deal of time and effort in developing its
product and system and accepts no compromise in quality and control. For this reason, we require Franchisee, Supervisors, Cooks, Foodhandlers, Service Crews and other employees to complete our training program and demonstrate mastery of certain skills. The cost of training is included in the Franchise Fee. Allowances, transportation and lodging for trainees are at the expense of Franchisee. Our confidential Operations Manual details the Neo Neo Grill House Franchise System in every aspect of the daily operation.
