• A strong desire to go into the food business
• A (6) six to 100 square meter area to house the store or counter
• Personal time to invest in the venture

The Support System...

• Site selection assistance
• Training in the Binalot systems for the franchisee and initial store team.
• Design, planning and costruction Assistance
• Opening Assistance (for the first month of operations)
• Operations Manual
• Continuous day to day operations assistance
• Central commissary to supply outlet needs
• Training programs (payment will be shouldered by the franchisee after a year or optional)
• Regular communications system with franchisees.
• On-going marketing and product development.
• Regular meeting and field visitations by Binalot Operations team for on-site assistance.

Of the earnings to be made monthly, 7% will be funneled back to the Binalot franchisor as royalty fees (5%) and as contribution to the system’s marketing support fund (2%). This fund will benefit all franchisees as they will be spent for promotion and marketing of the brand.

Investment Requirement

The investment package for a franchised Binalot starts at P300,000.00, varying according to the store model which suits best to the location chosen by the franchise applicant.

Franchise Procedures

1st Step - Franchise Applicant

• Has distinguished a site and started negotiating in putting up a Binalot branch
• Drafts a letter signifying intentions of becoming a Binalot franchisee together with a vicinity map of proposed site, updated resumè and accomplished Application Form.

2nd Step - Binalot

• Conducts ocular inspection of the site
• Meets with Franchise Applicant for Preliminary Interview. If favorable, gives the applicant the
• Franchise Qualification Form and Market Study
• Applicant will meet the rest of the BINALOT directors for assessment
  

3rd Step - Applicant

• Fill-up Qualification Form
• Conducts rigid market study
• Sends back to BINALOT

Final Step - Binalot

• Review Qualification form
• Conducts own market study
• Schedule another meeting for MOA signing and payment of partial Franchise Fee (30%). Franchise
• Agreement will then be issued to the applicant for review (2 weeks)
• Meets up with Franchise Applicant for FA signing, payment of the remaining balance of the Franchise
• Fee (70%) and discuss the rest of the procedures.
