Takuyaki is a Japanese delicacy that is starting to make it's presence felt in the local food cart industry. Chances are you, if you frequent malls or LRT/MRT stations you might have already seen these delicious balls cooked in what looks like egg crate grills called Teppan. After thoroughly cooking, they are served with regular or spicy sauce topped with bonito powder. Takuyaki first started out in General Santos city back in 1997 and has now expanded to Metro Manila. Takuyaki has a taste that is different than the average food cart fare we have been used to over the years. It's unique Asian taste's a sure hit to the Filipinos and they are now available for franchise.

there's no such thing as "takuyaki" it's "takoyaki". From the japanese word "tako" and "yaki" which means "squid/octopus" and "grilling" respectively.
do you have branches in makati?i've had a craving for japanese cakes and i can't seem to find one here..
