I've learned from the trail that investment would range from 1.4 to 3M does the amount covers the construction of the site or the amount is for the franchise fee alone? what if the interested party has no location yet or none at all but willing to invest. does MINI stop offer site and construction assistance?

Can you give some details about the company transactions and other details about the company ? if possible

look for other business out there, dont try MINISTOP if possible, very complicated policy. We were treated as not as partner as they said during negotiation. Right, there's no concrete direction the RCSI has.

i would like to file complaint against your store in SM bicutan betterliving branch chateau elysee because the employees are worst ever especially the guard on duty. I went there last night where only 1 cashier was working despite the fact na andame dami nka pila sa line.naki usap ako sa guard na buksan ang isang counter para may silbe naman. The worst thing was when i stepped out of the store, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the fat guard told me na pumila nalang kayo anong magagwa naman eh turn over namin. That was never an excuse to be given to the customers.that was ridiculously unethical.matuto naman sila mag pakumbaba sa inconvenience na binibigay nila sa mga customers. They should be open to suggestions mula sa mga customers lalo na couple of months ago nag sara sila due to poor service and other hearsay matters that i dont care.Panu nalang ang loyalty ng mga customers kung balahura ang customer service ng mga employees.mga tao din po kasi kami mamimili nkakakaramdam at nakakapagbigay ng suhestyon para mapabuti ang serbisyo ng ministop.Pls do something about this or escalate this to the manager of such branch coz this has been going on a lot of times and nothing happens.thank you for resolving this matter ministop.
