FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How much is the Franchise Fee?
A: Pesos 250,000 per outlet.

Q: Do you limit Park n’ Go Bakeshop Franchisee to 1 unit per Franchisee?
A: For each location a separate Franchise Agreement has to be executed and each Franchisee can own up to 3 Franchised outlets.

Q: How much is the Royalty Fee?
A: 2% of Gross Sales

Q: What are the advertisement fees?
A: 2% of gross sales for National Advertisement

Q: Will Park n’ Go provide the site and construction of the building or bakeshop?
A: Each Franchisee is responsible for securing his own location. All potential sites must be submitted to Park n’ Go for approval. Construction of the Bakeshop is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee, however Park n’ Go can assist in the physical construction, however not in the financing of the same.

Q: Can I remodel an existing structure?
A: Yes. The only requirement is that Park n’ Go must approve all remodeling to the specifications of Park n’ Go to insure that our requirements and high standards are met.

Q: Is the Franchisee required to purchase all his equipment and supply needs from Park n’ Go?
A: As a Park n’ Go Bakeshop Franchisee you are required to purchase certain supplies, such as the Premix from Franchisor. All other items are to be purchased by approved suppliers of Park n’ Go.

Q: If I lease a space, will you design the store layout?
A: We will furnish you with a floor plan, sketch and basic specification for a Park n’ Go. Each Franchisee is responsible for customizing the basic plan to the dimension of the proposed location or avail of the in-house architect of Park n’ Go and may have the construction done by the team of Park n’ Go at your expense.

Q: What pre-opening services do you offer?
A: Prior to and upon opening, a Park n’ Go representative will assist you with training personnel, ordering inventory, establishing relationships with suppliers and arranging a Grand Opening.

Q: What about Training of Franchisee and Supervisor?
A: Absolutely. Park n’ Go has spent a great deal of time and effort developing its product and system and accepts no compromise in quality or control. For this reason, we require Franchisee and their personnel to complete our training program and demonstrate mastery of certain skills. The cost of training is included in the Franchise Fee.

Q: Do you have a comprehensive manual for the operation?
A: Our confidential Operations Manual details the Park n’ Go system on every aspect of daily operation in your store.
