Unit Franchises:

KOOKEL’S offers for Metro Davao Unit Franchises to be operated from our unique kiosks or stores.

Minimum space requirements: 16 square meter
Franchise Fee: Pesos 200,000
Including:


  • Right to name
  • Proprietary Marks
  • Site selection approval
  • Training for Franchisee and staff
  • Operations Manual
  • Pre-opening, Grand Opening Assistance
  • Ongoing Support

Franchise Agreement: 4 years, renewable
Training: 2 weeks
Estimated total outlet Investment: Pesos 450,000
Expected R.O.I.: 1 year
Monthly Royalty: 3% of Gross Sales

Area Franchises:

KOOKEL’S offers for Cities and Provinces nationwide Area Franchises, which can to be operated from kiosks or stores.

Area Franchise Fee: Pesos 300,000.00 including the rights to open two (2) outlets, which have to be in operation within 12 months. Additional outlets can be opened by Franchisee within granted area.

Franchise Agreement: 6 years, renewable
Training: 4 weeks
Expected R.O.I.: 1 year
Monthly Royalty: 3 percent of gross sales

Q: What is the difference between KOOKEL’S and other Lechon Manok businesses?
A: KOOKEL’S prides itself to have the highest standards in quality and operation in the business. First, we use only fresh chicken of a specific size. Second, our kitchen roaster are all stainless. Third we keep our outlets clean all the time. Forth, we have proper packaging for our products.

Q: What is the difference between the Unit and Area Franchise?
A: As a Unit Franchisee, you purchase the right to operate one outlet. As an Area Franchise, you get an exclusive territory and you have to open two outlets in your territory within 12 months. As Area Franchisee you can even open more than only two outlets. Unit Franchises are available in Davao only while Area Franchises are available for all Cities and Provinces nationwide.

Q: To whom do you award Franchises?
A: To people with preferable a successful professional track record, not necessarily in the food business, with emphasis on people handling skills and management. Franchisee should be motivated to succeed and be outgoing persons with entrepreneurial spirit. It is important that Franchisee accepts the pros and cons of Franchising, those that desire total control are not suitable to be franchisees.

Q: Do you require hands-on Management from the Franchisee?
A: Franchisee should devote time to manage the franchised outlet, Area Franchisee are required to hands-on management.

Q: How long will it take me to get the Outlet open?
A: This depends on several variables; selecting a favorable location for your facility, completing training, renovation. Under favorable conditions though, you may be able to be in business in 45 days.

Q: Do I have to construct my kiosk?
A: No, you can purchase the kiosk from us.

Q: Where should my outlet be located?
A: On high traffic points, such as corners, streets with heavy traffic, jeepney stops, terminals, or near supermarkets and public markets.

Q: What pre-opening services do you offer?
A: Prior to and upon opening, a KOOKEL’S representative will assist you with training personnel, ordering equipment and inventory, and arranging the Opening. KOOKEL’S has spent a great deal of time and effort developing its product and system and accepts no compromise in quality or service. For this reason we require Franchisee and staff to complete our training program.

Q: Where do we purchase the chicken?
A: We have excellent contacts to the major chicken producers and our Franchisee can take advantage of our good relations. Davao Franchisee can purchase directly from us.

    Hello sa lahat ng may plano about sa lechon manok,

    Mayroon na akong plano, computation at ingredients.
    Need ko nalang ng magkapital at ako ang mag work, sa nagkapital ay taga audit lang pero kung gusto din nya mag work ok din. Ang Buong capital lang ay 100K. Ito yong plano ko
