Minimum space requirements: 20 square meters
Franchise Fee: Pesos 100,000

Franchise Agreement: 4 years, renewable

2] Area Franchises:
KERU BURGER offers for Cities and Provinces outside Negros throughout Visayas and Mindanao Area Franchises.
Area Franchise Fee is Pesos 200,000.00 including the rights to open three (3) outlets, which have to be in operation within 24 months. Additional outlets can be opened by Franchisee within the granted area and Franchise includes: Right to name, Proprietary Marks, Training for Franchisee and staff, Opening Assistance for first outlet, Ongoing Support, Effective Field Service
Franchise Agreement 6 years, renewable
Expected R.O.I. 1 - 2 years
Monthly Royalty 5 percent of gross sales

What is the difference between the Franchises?
In a Unit Franchisee, you purchase the right to operate one outlet, which is either an existing outlet operated by KERU FOODS CORPORATION or a new KERU BURGER kiosk at a new location, which has to be situated within the Island of Negros. As an Area Franchise, you get an exclusive territory and you have to open three outlets in your territory within 24 months, which shall be outside Negros Island only. As Area Franchisee you can even open more than only three outlets.
