Since we started selling our insanely delicious donuts back in December 2003, we've grown to 14 company stores in Metro Manila and 1 franchise store in Metro Cebu in just 2 1/2 years! With plans to open an additional 15 Go Nuts Donuts stores this year, the Go Nuts Donuts Franchise Program is now in full swing and ready to partner up with potential franchisees to develop the brand in multiple areas of the Philippines and throughout the world.
We spent the last 2 years fine-tuning our processes and systems to ensure a viable, long-term franchise program. Anchored on a philosophy of cooperation and mutual respect, our franchise program is now actively searching for passionate and energetic people to join the Go Nuts Donuts family.
Via franchising, Go Nuts Donuts has already been able to expand its insanity to the shores of Cebu and soon Pampanga in May 2006! We are also proud to announce the first ever international franchise of Go Nuts Donuts that will open its maiden store in the Al-Bahar shopping center in Kuwait City, Kuwait this June 2006.
Types of Franchise Packages Available in the Philippines
1. Area Development Agreement (ADA)
We are actively looking for motivated, qualified business people/entrepreneurs to develop specific areas or regions of the country in geography-based, multi-store franchise agreements. Typically, ADA's will require at least a three (3) store build-out in the specified area. ADA packages also normally include the set-up and operation of fully functional production centers that will service the needs of other Go Nuts Donuts stores in the area.
The priority areas for ADA's are as follows:
- South Luzon (Batangas area)
- Bacolod
- Iloilo
- Davao
- Cagayan
- North Luzon (Baguio)
Owning a Go Nuts Donuts ADA franchise is an exciting opportunity. Our focus is to recruit interested individuals who have significant business experience and have a proven track record in successfully managing multi-store retail businesses and who have significant financial resources behind them.
The Cebu and Pampanga franchisees are examples of Go Nuts Donuts ADA packages.
2. Greater Metro Manila Satellite Franchise Agreement (SFA)
Within the Metro Manila Area, we are looking to expand the reach of Go Nuts Donuts through SFA packages. SFA packages are available for single-store or multi-store agreements and consists of the operation of retail-only Go Nuts Donuts stores in specific areas of Metro Manila.
These retail-only stores will be serviced by the nearest Go Nuts Donuts theater store with fresh donuts daily through multiptle deliveries within the day.
Franchisee applicants who have access to ground floor, high-foot traffic locations (30 sq, meters to 60 sq. meters) are given priority in the selection process.
Key Qualifications for Franchise Applicants:
Go Nuts Donuts Franchisees must exhibit passion, hard work, and dedication. In line with these values, Go Nuts Donuts puts a premium on applicants who posses the following characteristics:
- Team work ,enthusiasm, and passion to ensure the success of the brand into their respective areas
- Personal integrity to uphold the values of Go Nuts Donuts abides by in all aspects of the business.
- Personal readiness to participate in the 3 month comprehensive training program that entails a series of lectures and actual hands-on duty at our company-owned stores
- Financial resources must come from non-borrowed personal resources.
ADA Key Terms
- Investment Cost: Depending upon the specific area, ADA packages range from P10M to P25M. This projected amount already includes the franchise fee for a minimum of 3 stores, production and retail equipment, leasehold improvement costs, and working capital requirements.
- Length of Franchise: 5 years renewable
- Raw Materials: All raw materials, marketing materials, and other supplementing items will be purchased from Go Nuts Donuts.
- Royalty: Weekly Royalty shall be paid based on the store’s sales performance
SFA Key Terms
- Investment Costs: SFA packages range from P2M to P4M per store. This amount already includes the franchise fee, retail/store equipment, and leasehold improvements.
- Length of Franchise: 5 years renewable
- Raw Materials: All raw materials, marketing materials, and other supplementing items will be purchased from Go Nuts Donuts.
- Royalty: Weekly Royalty shall be paid based on the store’s sales performance
