Am confused with the Johnston Pharmacy franchisor. Don't know if they are a franchisor or a store owner. When talking with them, they like you to be their franchisee but they don't want you to compete with them. Malabo kausap. Kaya huwag na lang muna kami magfranchise. Iba na lang siguro.

Johnston Pharmacy is both store owner and franchisor, the rule you may be referring to is considered "the kilometer radius of protection". I am a franchisee, I believe this rule had been instated by the owners to protect the franchised outlet and this is part of the franchise agreement. Violation of such rule, I being a franchisee can sue my franchisor for encroachment and violation of the agreement. Then again maybe you're right, it is not the right time for you to get into something you don't fully understand. If you're truly interested what you should have done is to have cleared this concern of yours with them. They are the easiest people to talk to, believe me I have been with them for almost 2 years now.

You are a liar! Hindi ka franchisee,You are just pretending, sa simula they are promising, full of promises, but after you entered, magsisisisi ka! Mga mukhang pera! These scam must be stopped! Ask them to talk to their franchisee if they want, then you'll find out!
